This is the beginning of a page that will hopefully find that one person interested in a cute little house in Placerville, CA. The name of the street is Pretty Good Rd. It is on 7.37 acres. The house itself is 1188 sq ft. The garage is a 2-car garage that is detached from the house. There is a 300 sq ft room attached to one side of the garage and a 200 sq ft attached to the other side of the garage.
The 300 sq ft room contains a permitted half-bath with a shower added later. This particular room would make a great tack room for somebody with horses. Currently I use it for a fitness room.
The 200 sq ft room would be great for a hobby/craft room or a guest room or storage so the garage does not get cluttered.
There is plenty of space in front and behind the house for horses. Currently there is a large fenced garden and an above ground pool, but those could be easily removed and shelter for the horses could be placed there instead.
