Remember, vague goals produce vague results, and if you can't measure it, you can't manage it. Goals are Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Written Down, Difficult, Positive, Specific, and Time-bound.
I decided to post my resume online in .pdf format instead of trying to create it as a web page, it was just taking too long and I'm a little busy packing for my vacation right now. So, here it is. It is not completed yet as I am still working on the new format and the updated content - seems it's never really going to be finished.
Thanks

I was trying to update my apps and I broke it, the OIDGenerator that is. I was using jboss 4.0.2 and had gotten everything else updated and didn't do my homework. when I upgraded to jboss 4.2.1 it flat quit working. I should have double-checked what the differences were between the two - like EJB 2 vs EJB 3. Oh well, I'll have to get back to it at a later date, luckily for me it's not critical that I get it working tonight. Sorry for any inconveniences I've caused.
This is a list of "stuff" that I have on my plate. It wouldn't be too bad except that I leave about 5:35 and don't usually get home until 5:30. That's not so bad you say, but wait, after I get home, get out of my work garb, and fix/eat dinner I have about two hours of free time. If I didn't have anything to do I could relax and do some recreational reading, but I prefer to maybe surf a bit to see what's going on with any of the "fun" things I want to do or maybe do some work on the website organizing and/or designing new sections.
As of 20071214 this is the operating system (CentOS 4) installed on both my public and devel computers. The public system in being hosted by eapps and my devel system is in my house (my local network).
One of the tasks I need to do is create an image of my devel system so I can thrash the system and reload from the image, I haven't done this yet and reinstalling from disk is getting to be a hastle because I don't set it up the same each time.
My brother (Tom) and I (Kat) have been working with software for a combined 20 years. He loves software development and I enjoy software testing. Tom is constantly exploring new software and solutions and would like feedback on software and solutions that would benefit start-up (small) companies. The name of our company is Katomi Technologies, LLC.
If you are a small company that is looking for a solution requiring software development, we may be able to help.
If you have suggestions on software/solutions that you believe may be beneficial, we would love your feedback/suggestions.
This is the beginning of a page that will hopefully find that one person interested in a cute little house in Placerville, CA. The name of the street is Pretty Good Rd. It is on 7.37 acres. The house itself is 1188 sq ft. The garage is a 2-car garage that is detached from the house. There is a 300 sq ft room attached to one side of the garage and a 200 sq ft attached to the other side of the garage.
The 300 sq ft room contains a permitted half-bath with a shower added later. This particular room would make a great tack room for somebody with horses. Currently I use it for a fitness room.
I'm still looking in this department. I have been trying out WebCollab for a bit but I need something that has a 'corrective action' type field. It might be easily customized but I have only been looking at what comes out-of-the-box.
WebCollab: I started a while (more than a year now) ago trying out some software that allowed me to keep track of some of my projects and WebCollab was one of those such tests. Well, I just recently came across it again and have decided to install it on this site, and although it is not yet installed it is in the process.
I found another project to try, OpenQRM, I just came upon it so I don't know how useful it will be. This is another item on a long list of other to-do items so I'm not sure how long it will take to try this out.
Enterprise CMS: This is something I will be struggling with for a long time probably. I started off using/testing OpenCms but have since continued looking elsewhere because of a couple of issues. I am currently playing with Daisy CMS as another option. There's a couple of things that piqued my interest but I will find out how true they are after some testing.
